CHRISTMAS CAROL SERVICE 2025

Peet Memorial Training College hosted the Christmas Carol Service at the College Auditorium on December 22, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Shibin Varghese, who is the Vicar of St. James CSI Church Punnavely, was the Chief Guest on this occasion. The students, teachers, and non-teaching staff sang carol songs on this occasion. The service started with the procession of the college choir and singing 'O Come All ye Faithful'. Rev. C.I.  Jose (Vicar, CSI Christ Church, Mavelikara & College Bursar) led the opening prayer, followed by the welcome speech by Dr. Alie Molly Verghis (College Principal). The College choir (B.Ed. second year students) sang three other songs, and B.Ed. First-year students sang four songs.  The College staff sang one song, and two of them, Dr Velayudhan T Nair and Mr Sefon Sanu Mathew, sang solo songs. Four of them read the bible in between the songs. The Christmas message was delivered by Rev. Shibin Varghese, who is the Vicar of St. James CSI Church, Punnavely. The Christmas Cake cutting was held, followed by some songs, and this session honoured many persons by gifting Christmas cakes. Ms Elza Smyrna Mathew (Student Coordinator) delivered the vote of thanks. The Silent Night was sung by the people initiated by the college choir, and a prayer & benediction were done by Rev. C.I.  Jose. Santa Claus was joined at the programme and provided gifts and gave a good message. The service ended at 04:45 pm.
