The Mahatma Boys Higher Secondary School, Chennithala organised the Mahatma Utsav School Youth Festival 2025 on September 26 &29. It was the second day of the School Youth Festival started at 01:30 pm. The main focus of the youth festival is related to the literary items and painting items. The Mahatma Boys' Higher Secondary School had organised the school-level science exhibition held on September 29, 2025, from 09:30 am to 12:30 pm. Many students showcased their innovative ideas and talent in the fields of Science, Mathematics, Social Science & Work Experience at the school level. The students from Classes V to X actively participated in the science exhibition at the school-level science exhibition. 

The 2024-2026 B.Ed. Batch of the Peet Memorial Training College, Mavelikara (Pedagogiezz) decided to conduct the Educational tour to Hyderabad from November 07-12. The request letter to the Principal was forwarded by Joyal Joseph on September 15,2025, and the Principal forwarded the letter to the Station Manager of Mavelikara Railway Station on September 16, 2025, and the train ticket was confirmed on September 19, 2025. The amount for the railway ticket was collected from 16-19 September 2025. Then the students decided to    ITPS Tour Planner,  Godfather Building,  Chunkathara, Oyur P.O.,  Kollam District as the tour agency after the detailed discussions and concessions among the students. The Mahatma Boys' Higher Secondary School, Chennithala, organised the Mahatma Utsav 2025,  held on September 26, 2025, at 10:15 a.m. at the Mahatma Public School Conference Hall, Chennithala. The programme had two parts: the inaugural address and the cultural competitions. The Inaugural address was presided over by Mr Gopi Mohan Kannankara (School Manager). Mr C.K. Cheriyan Kottapurathu (School Managing Committee President) inaugurated the session. Ms Nihara A.S. (Runner Up, Flowers Top Singer Season 5) was the Chief Guest of the programme. Mrs Aswathy V.                                                                         Day 33: 22.09.2025 (Monday) The first day of Week 9 of the School Internship Phase I in the B.Ed. Curriculum. I arrived at the school by 09:10 a.m. and kept my bag in the teacher trainee staff room, where I signed my forenoon attendance.  I returned to the  student teachers' room and discussed today's activities with the other student teachers. Then I  talked with other teachers and teacher trainees about upcoming activities. The school officially started at 09:30 am with the prayer song. The Inauguration of the newly constructed High School building of the Mahatma Boys' Higher Secondary School, Chennithala, was held on September 25, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. The programme started with the lightning lamp, unveiling the marble stone and the ribbon cutting ceremony, inaugurated by Mr Saji Cheriyan (Minister of Culture, Fisheries, and Youth Affairs, Government of Kerala & MLA of Chengannur Legislative Assembly). Then the distinguished guests and other attendees went to the Mahatma Public School Conference Hall, and the inaugural session started at 10:45 a.m. The inaugural session was started with the welcome speech by Mr Gopimohanan Nair Kannankara (Manager, Mahatma Schools).   Day 29: 15.09.2025 (Monday) The first day of Week 8 of the School Internship Phase I in the B.Ed. Curriculum. I arrived at the school by 09:10 a.m. I entered the school at 9:15 am and kept my bag in the teacher trainee staff room, where I signed my forenoon attendance.  I returned to the  student teachers' room. I had started survey-related enumeration activities with the students. Then I  talked with other teachers and teacher trainees about upcoming activities. The school officially started at 09:30 am with the prayer song. During the first three periods, I was engaged in studying for the K-TET examination. In the Interval period, I completed my survey related to my project.  In the fourth period, I was taught the  topic of Social life during the Gupta period  in  Chapter 3: Land Grants and Indian Society from Social Science II.  It was an average experience that helped me improve my teaching skills, and students responded actively. ...

Aswani L., the student teacher of the B.Ed. Social Science got married with Vishnu on May 14,2025, from 11:150am to 12:19 pm at the Grace Auditorium, Karipuzha, Mavelikara. Many students and teachers, namely, Dr Elizabeth Joshua (Assistant Professor) and Mrs Reshma Raveendran (Social Science Option Teacher Trainee). Students and teachers wished them a married life and blessings. The Students gifted their presentation to Aswani as a wedding gift.

  Day 25: 08.09.2025 (Monday) After the Onam vacation, the school internship was restarted on this day. I entered the school at 9:15 am and kept my bag in the teacher trainee staff room, where I signed my forenoon attendance. I talked with other teachers and teacher trainees about the Onam news and upcoming activities. The school had arranged a special assembly for the unofficial inauguration of the new high school block in the presence of the school management committee members, teachers, non-teaching staff, teacher trainees and the students. The special assembly had started with the prayer song by the teacher trainees, followed by the speech by the Vijayalekshmi teacher (Headmistress)  and Mr. Mohanan Kannankara (School Manager).
